Wherefore seeing we also are sarrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easly ensnares us. And let us run with patience the race which is set befor us, Looking unto JESUS, the author and the finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross. Despising the shame, and is sitted on the right hand of the Father. *

Father help us lay aside all weights and sins which so easily ensnare us. Let your spirit dwell in us and break every yoke and heavy thing. Renew our strength, restore our zeal, our passion and joy of your kingdom. Give us patience to endure the race, and overcome our own crosses. *

When Peter took off his eyes from Jesus, he began to sink into d sea of life. Tank God 4 d ready hand of d Lord which was near to uphold. May his loving arm never stop holding us up. May his hands be there to uphold us if we ever fall or sink in Jesus Name. *
